Fix long loading times in JTL-Wawi

Some users may experience sporadic longer loading times in JTL-Wawi, especially after updates or with larger transaction volumes.

The JTL-Wawi then always takes a little longer than usual to load orders or articles. These additional waiting times can definitely disrupt a smooth workflow.

Thankfully, this problem can be solved relatively easily:

1. Set work on all workstations
2. Close all JTL-Wawi clients and the worker
3. Perform performance optimization
4. Export database via database management
5. Import the just exported database again immediately
6. Done

This will rewrite the database to disk once again and fix problems such as fragmentation.
